ROTUNDA 36' HIGH. THE OCCUPANCY OF THE BUILDING IS TO BE
EXCLUSIVELY DELUXE 0FFICE.WITH MAJOR OR MULTI-TENANT CAPABILITIES-
THE BUILDING HAS GLASS CURTAIN WALLS, STORE FEONT SYSTEMS, AND
STONE VENEER ACCENTS AT THE ENTRY AND UPPER WINDOW AREAS. 328
PARKING SPACES ARE PROVIDED WITH LANDSCAPING STRIPS AND A CUSTOM
