Conditions Transmittal - May 19,1998
Dear Mr. Hubbs:
We have discussed Conditions #18 and 71.3 of the subject transmittal with Mr. Clyde Wickham and Mr. Frill&
Jimeno. We submit the following clarification based on our mutual understanding:
Condition 18: The owner shall enter into a lien contract with the City for K the cost of construction of a
median on Palonw Airport Road along the project frontage of 381 feet.
The cost will be based on the following items listed in the City’s ‘LAWSTATION FOOT
CONSTRUCTION COSTS’. - Mobilization $4.16 - 4” Stamped Concrete $6.24
- 1” Imgation Service and Meter $0. 16 - Soil Amendment $1.19
- Shrub 5 Gallon $0.66 - Tree 24” Box $0.48 - Plat 4” Pot $0.38 - Root Guard $0.47 - Irrigation System $0.77 - 120 Day Landscape Maint., Case I %0.14
TOTAL: $17.39
- 8” El Median Curb $1.50
- Bark Mulch $1.24
$1 7.39 / 2 = $8.695 - Y2 share of cost
$8.695 x 1.32 = $1 1.477 - includes fees, administration and inspection
$1 1.477 x 1.05 = $12.051 - includes inflation index
$12.051 x 381’= $4.591.431 - multiplied by frontage
$4.59 1.43 1 - includes a six lane factor

The developer sllall pay in advance to the City for the following
- Estimated cost of reconstruction and removal of the vacant driveway on Palonlar Airport Road. - Estimated cost of reconstruction (GS20 curb-retunl type) of the broken dnveway to serve this project. - Estimated cost of removal and reconstruction of broken and cracked curb and gutter along Palonla
- Estimated cost of the construction of sidewalk along Yarrow Drive.
