This AMMENDED PIP submittal cornpates to the original PIP as follows:
9 The elirninaticm of two dead-end parking bays impmves traffic circulation;
9 One 3-story &ce building, in place a€ two 2-story &ce buildingq
> Overall building height is 45 feet; > All set backs are greater than required taking into account the 'one foot increase in set back
for every one foot increase in building elevation over 35 feet';
9 71,807 Gross Square Feet, nearly the same as the originat 70,750 SF;
Q 4.65 parking spaces per 1000 SF, an inmaw from 4.00 space per lo00 SF;
9 'Park-Like" lunch areas,
9 pvzaintaining equivalent storm drain volume on Yarrow Drive and Corte Del Cedro as approved in PP
98-02, the buildmg pad elevation increased two feet;
+3 Earthwork will remain balanced onsite;
9 On and &-site utilities remain the same.
Please note that the new plans have already had a preliminary review fnw both the Fire Department
and CMWD (Copies of Comments included in this submittal).
