Description/Explanation: Cornerstone Corporate Center, LLC will be developing a two-story, Class "A" office building of approximately 33,500 gross square feet on the approximately 3 acres of land (Lot 7) in the Carlsbad Airport Centre with 134 surface parking spaces.
