The revised drawings address the “Items Needed to Complete the Application” as follows:
P 1. The grading to the west of the building was revised in order to reduced the retaining
wall to three (3) feet in height and avoid processing a Hillside Development Permit.
E 1. See attached Title Report.
E 2. See references to adjacent plat Numb& 504 on Sheet C1.
E 3. Not used in “List of items Needed”
E 4. Not used in “List of Items. Needed“
E 5. See Sheets A1 and C1 for location of driveways and intersections within 300’.
E 6. See updated Grading Letter. Soils Reports were submitted with the original
applications for PUD 97-10 and HDP 97-07 which address this parcel of land.
E 7. See attached Drainage Study.
E 8. See Sheet C1 and attached Proposed Lot Line Exhibit for Parcel ‘A’ as referenced
above; labeled “New Lot Line” as requested.
The revised drawings address the “issues of Concern” as follows:
P 1. The trash enclosure and mechanical equipment yard were relocated on the site and
necessary adjustment to the property line between Lot 7 / Building B and Lot 8 /
Building C were made in order to provide the required parking for each lot.
P 2.
TC 1.
TC 2.
s 1.
w 1.
Building B was shifted three (3) feet to the east to address this concern. In addition,
we lowered the height of the building by 1’-6” to reduce the overall physical mass
of the building. As noted in our meeting March 26, 1998, we are extremely limited
in our ability to relocate the building due to the 240 foot wide SDG&E easement
across the entire length of the property.
See Sheets Al, C1 and L1.
See attached Reciprocal Rights Agreement
See Sheet C1.
See attached Water Development Plans.
The original red-lined check prints are included with this re-submittal.
