The grading to the west of the building was revised in order to reduced the retaining wall to three (3) feet in height and avoid processing a Hillside Development Permit. E 1. See Sheets A1 and C1 for location of driveways and intersections within 300’. E 6. See updated Grading Letter. Soils Reports were submitted with the original applications for PUD 97-10 and HDP 97-07 which address this parcel of land. E 7. See attached Drainage Study. E 8. See Sheet C1 and attached Proposed Lot Line Exhibit for Parcel ‘A’ as referenced above; labeled “New Lot Line” as requested. The revised drawings address the “issues of Concern” as follows: P 1. The trash enclosure and mechanical equipment yard were relocated on the site and necessary adjustment to the property line between Lot 7 / Building B and Lot 8 / Building C were made in order to provide the required parking for each lot. P 2. TC 1. TC 2. s 1. w 1. Building B was shifted three (3) feet to the east to address this concern. In addition, we lowered the height of the building by 1’-6” to reduce the overall physical mass of the building. As noted in our meeting March 26, 1998, we are extremely limited in our ability to relocate the building due to the 240 foot wide SDG&E easement across the entire length of the property.
