Description/Explanation. The proposed project is a three-story, 35-foot high, 65,500 square foot office building located on 3.9 acres in the planned industrial park known as Carlsbad Airport Center. 262 parking spaces will be provided, including disabled parking. The building will be a courtyard style building with generous landscaping and water features. The exterior building materials will be two colors of slate (salmon-gray and gray-green) with dark blue-green high performance non- reflective glass. All mechanical equipment will be located at grade within screened enclosures. No mechanical equipment will be located on the roof.
