Dear Jack:
Planned Industrial Permit 98-05 is enclosed for your review. This project is a three
story office building and is approximately 46,750 square feet in size. The project falls
outside the 65 CNEL contour within the Palomar Airport influence area. The project is
located on Palomar Oaks Way and is 1500 feet southwest of the Airport.
Your written comments concerning the project’s conformance with Palomar Airport’s
Comprehensive Land Use Plan, along with other factors that would assure compatibility
with airport operations, are appreciated. It would be helpful if comments coutd be
received by April 19, 1998.
