of one three-story office buildings of 46,750 square feet with on-grade parking for 187 cars. .This
application is the last in a series of four PIP submittals by the Newport National Corporation that .
includes Lo1.s 7, 8 arid I 'I. Please refer to PlJD 97-10 and HDP 97-07 in general and PIP 37-04 for
Lot 11, PIP 97-10 for Lot 8 and PIP 98-03 for Lot 7.
We are submitting the following forms and fees as part of this new application package:

The five (5) exhibits referenced above were submitted with previous PIP applications and still apply
to Lot 15 and the design of Building A. This applicaiion does not inc:ude a Circulation Impact
.Analysis, Constraints Map or Noise Study. We made the decision to eliminate these items after
discusslam with Ms. Terri M’oods;,the planner dssigned to’ ieview the PUU and HDP application.
This was based on the assumption that the original EIA for Carlsbad Airport Centre addressed these
issues. In addition, our project conforms to the design standards set forth in the Specific Plan. If this
assumption is not satisfactory please let me know and we will provide my additional information
you deem necessary.
