This applicaiion does not inc:ude a Circulation Impact .Analysis, Constraints Map or Noise Study. We made the decision to eliminate these items after discusslam with Ms. Terri M’oods;,the planner dssigned to’ ieview the PUU and HDP application. This was based on the assumption that the original EIA for Carlsbad Airport Centre addressed these issues. In addition, our project conforms to the design standards set forth in the Specific Plan.
