Thank you for your letter of November IO, 1998 in which you requested a corporate
resolution authorizing Jeffry Brusseau to execute the enclosed Notice of Restriction for
the Cornerstone Corporate Centre Ownership. Jeffry Brusseau initially signed the
document as Senior Vice President. Jeffry Brusseau is, however, also the Corporate
Secretary for Newport National Corporation. He has since added this title to the
enclosed Notice of Restriction. Should you have any questions or need any additional
