SUBJECT: PIP 98-05 - CORNERSTONE CORPORATE CENTER
Dear Mr. Couvillion:
The Notice of Restriction that was to be recorded came back with some corrections that
need to be made to enable the City to record the no ce. There needs to be a resolution
certified by the secretary or assistant secretary un c7 er corporate seal empowering that
officer (Brusseau) to bind the corporation. An alternative would be to have the president
or vice-president and secretary or assistant secretary sign for the corporation. Also
include the title and entity of the person signing the document (i.e. president of
Cornerstone Comorate Centre). Please see the bottom of the signature page of the Notice
for more information. Attached is the original document and a blank signature page for
your use.
During the building plan check, I noted the following items needed to complete the plan
check process:
1. A copy of the Planned Industrial Permit on 24 x 36 blueline drawing as part of the
building plans.
2. Approved landscape plans.
