Please find attached a notice of restriction that needs to be signed, notarized, and
returned. This is the last notice to be recorded against the property as conditioned by the
Planned Industrial Permit.
President or vice president AND secretary or assistant secretary must sign for
corporations. If only one officer signs, the corporation must attach a resolution certified
by the secretary or assistant secretary under corporate seal empowering that officer to
bind the corporation.
