SUBJECT: PIP 98-06 - CARLSBAD PALOMAR BUSINESS PARK
Dear Mr. Kelly:
Please find enclosed the Notice Concerning Aircraft Environmental Impacts form that
had been submitted for recordation. The County Recorder returned the document because
the Notary's venue (State and County, Gwinnett, Georgia) did not match the State and
County (San Diego, California) on the Notary form. The City's form has San Diego,
California pre-typed on the form with the assumption that it would be executed within the
county.
The easiest way to resolve this would be to get the notary to provide the all-purpose
acknowledgment notary form for the document rather than use our form. Just make sure
that the form and notary's venues match. I have attached the original and a blank copy
for your use.
