COMPLETENESS & ISSUES REVIEW
Engineering Department staff has completed a review of the above-referenced project for
application completeness. The application and plans submitted for this proposed project are
currently incomplete and unsuitable for further review due to the following incomplete
items:
1. Submit copy of current Title Report.
2. Boundary Adjustment needs to be completed prior to approval of PIP amendment.
3. Show bearings and distances of each site boundary line.
4. Show future Melrose Drive.
5. On sheet T-1 under Project Data, show existing ADT's from original PIP and proposed
ADT's for the amendment.
The following issues need to be resolved prior to approval of amendment:
I. Darken the existing topographic lines on the conceptual grading plans.
2. On the Conceptual Grading Plans sheet, change Palomar Airport Drive to read Palomar
Airport Road. Also, does the project site front on Palomar Airport Road? Please clarify
area between property line and city right-of-way.
3. On sheets A-land A-2, need to have 5 foot offset everywhere two parking spaces are
perpendicular or at an angle to each other.
4. On sheet A-2, you are showing two fire hydrants side by side - please clarify. Also, you
show a Typical Concrete Wheel Stop. Where is this being proposed.
5. Need to have consistency in site plans between the Conceptual Grading Plans and
sheet A-2 (Enlarged New Parking Area).
6. Show how you will comply with the requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge
Elimination System (NPDES).
If you or the applicant have any questions, please either see or contact me at extension 2775.
