Dear Mr. Kjellberg:
Thc Piarming and Engineering dqartments have reviewed the plans for the Code Del
Cedro project resubmitted 011 January 19, 1999. There are stili a few items hat need to
be clarified on the plans prior to the approval of the project.
Consistency between the Site plan. Grading plan and the Landscapc plans needs to be
reviewed. Therc are various items that differ between the two such as:
Site plan vs Landscape plan:
&&dins doors at rear uf building.
4Ffadscape in front of building.
&rash enclosure and relationship to parking.
durnbcr of parking stalls at southeast comer of building.
Site plan vs Grading plan:
&umber of parking stalls at southeast comer of building.
dandscape area at southeast comer of building.
aminage through landscape islands on grading plan.
Grading plan:
Show top and bottom of wall hcights at worsl case (maximum height) and at each
cnd and at a midpoint in the length of the wall. Landscape pIan shows this wall
being 12' tall near the wash cnclosurc. Does this height reflect the 2 feet
underground plus the three feet above grade for a safety railing? y@s
