Dear Mr. Kjellberg:
The Planning and Engineering departments have reviewed the plans
Cedro project resubmitted on January 19, 1999. There are still a few
be clarified on the plans prior to the approval of the project.
Consistency between the Site plan, Grading plan and the Landscape
reviewed. There are various items that differ between the two such as:

Drainage through landscape islands on grading plan.
Grading plan: " Show top and bottom of wall heights at worst case (maximum height) and at each
end and at a midpoint in the length of the wall. Landscape plan shows this wall
being 12' tall near the trash enclosure. Does this height reflect the 2 feet
underground plus the three feet above grade for a safety railing?
The compact to standard parking space ratio has exceeded the 25 percent allowed.
Engineering
1. Add project site address (6150 Corte Del Cedro) to site plan.

Calculate and show (see site plan comment) the average daily traffic (ADT) generated
by this project.
Identify the SDG&E easement per item nine of the Preliminary title report document
80-338477, and the Pacific Telephone easement per item ten of the Preliminary title
report document 80-40058 1.
Coordinate the driveway width in the site plan and grading plan.
Show top of wall, top of footing and finish elevations for the retaining wall at the east
side of the property as noted in Section C of the grading plan.
Show in grading plan how drainage water flows through planters at the south side of
the parking area (see Arch. Site plan).
Clarify the existing ditch shown at the east side of the property. Show what it drains
into.
Note comments in plans.
Please find attached, a red-lined set of prints for your use. Please return the red-lined
plans with the next resubmittal.
