Remarks:
I am sure you may have wondered what was happening with this project. It
seems each time we met with our client, he made some changes. I have also had some
correspondence with the Fire Department, the result of which is the addition of an on-site
hydrant. Please forward the attached site plan (per their request) with our revised
drawings when you route plans to the Fire Dept. In addition, I have attached a copy of a
Sept. 21" letter that itemized issues that need to be addressed, with a response for each
item.
I am particularly interested in a response to the issue of circulation for the rear
yard loading doors. I have revised the location of the roll-up doors and the trash
enclosure to provide for better circulation to these elements. The truck turning radius
shown on the site plan is from a template for fire engines. I hope this meets with yours
and the engineering department's approval. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any
questions or if you need additional information to complete your review of our plans.
