Description/Explanation.
The proposed project at Carlsbad Oaks Lot 7 includes new construction of a
58,501 square foot building for a single tenant with an industrial and associated
office use. Included with the building construction is a covered loading dock,
3,510 square feet of outdoor lunch area, 206 parking spaces at a ratio of 3.5 to
1000 square feet and landscaping of 21.8% of the entire site.
