The Developer's should be aware of the following:
a) The Developer should meet with the Fire Marshal and establish fire protection requirements, to
include the following: fire hydrant locations and sprinkler requirements.
b) The Developer should then meet with the District to establish fire detector check valve location,
water meter location(s), and water main looping requirements. All public water mains shall be
within minimum 20 wide easements dedicated to the District or City.
c) The Developer must also establish in cooperation with the Distnct the areas required to be
irrigated with recycled water.
d) Meet with the District's Project Engineer to discuss the recycled water meter location.
