As requested, I have included 2 blueline sets of drawings with the “Issues of Concern” addressed in Michael Holzmiller’s letter of 12/9/99 incorporated. Following is the response to those “Issues.” Planning: 1. The proposed retaining wall has been revised to include additional planting material. Engineering: 1. The lot drainage has been removed from sheet A-I . Refer to C-I for site drainage. 2. Grade level doors along the north elevation have been removed from the Exterior 3. Wall height is revised. Refer to sheet C-I. Refer to sheets C-I and L-I. Elevations sheet A-4. Please let me know if additiohal information is required. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
