SUBJECT: Carlsbad Oaks Lot 7 - COMPLIANCE WITH PALOMAR AIRPORT
C.L.U.P.
A copy of the site plan for PIP 99-01 is enclosed for your review. This proposed
project is a two story single tenant industriaVoffice building and is approximately
54,000 square feet in size. The project falls outside the 60 CNEL noise contour
within the Palomar Airport influence area. The project is located along the north
side of Loker Avenue West and is approximately 4,500 feet east of the Airport.
Your written comments concerning the project's conformance with Palomar
Airport's Comprehensive Land Use Plan, along with other factors that would assure
compatibility with airport operations, are appreciated. It would be helpful if
comments are received by December 10, 1999.
