You must prove that you are ENTITLED "to amend- ment to a precise plan. 1. That there are special c~rcumstances or conditions applying to the land or buildings for which the adjustment is sought, which circum- stances or conditions are peculiar to such land or buildings and do not apply generally to the land or buildings in the r.aighborhood.
