NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PRECISE PLAN AMENDMENT
Notice is hereby given that a Precise Plan Amendment has been applied for to allow the
expansion of the existing Plaza Camino Real shopping mall by the addition of a 1,775 square
foot covered outdoor eating area for the future Pat and Oscar's restaurant and a modification to
the mall entryway on the northern side of the mall building between the existing JC Penny and
Robinson's-May, on property generally located at 2525 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, California,
and more particularly described as:
Lot 27 of Carlsbad Tract No. 76-18, according to Map No. 8956,
filed in the Office of the County Recorder on August 11, 1978, in
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
If you have any objections to the granting of this Precise Plan Amendment or wish to have an
informal hearing to discuss the requested permit, please notify the Planning Department, 1635
Faraday Avenue, Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 15 days of the date of this notice.
