This is an encroachment agreement for Viasat Building 1 – Memorial Mission
Bell/Plaque located at 6155 El Camino Real
The encroachment is for a memorial bell placed in the City right of way. Several
attempts were made to record, but due to the shading on the plat (Exhibit C), it
was rejected from the county recorder’s office.
It has been fully executed; however, not recorded. Signed copy for our files.
