SIGN REQUEST
Dear Rich:
We are in receipt of the sign drawing presented for Landlord's review. The Landlord
hereby approves this drawing contingent upon the following terms and conditions.

Tenant shall obtain all necessary governmental approvals and permits necessary for the signage.
Tenant to provlde Landlord wlth a copy of the City approved blue line sign
drawings and a copy of the City approved final inspection card for our records.
This information to be submitted within one week of completion of the sign
installation.
Tenant to provide Landlord with the sign contractors license number and their
certificate of insurance naming Landlord as additional insured prior to commencement of wark an the project.
Tenant agrees that it shall bear ail costs incurred to install, repair, and maintain
this signage. Tenant agrees to complete any necessary repair work within a
reasonable period but not later than one week after notification by Landlord. In the event that the sign must be removed to facilitate any necessary building
repairs or upgrades, tenant agrees to bear all costs. The Landlord retains the
right to have the tenant contract directly for €he removal and reinstallation of this sign.
