New Signage
Dear Barbara:
Enclosed please find the approved signage drawings for Ultrastar Cinemas for
Plaza Paseo Real. Please provide a copy of the signage permit approval when
obtained by the City of Carlsbad for our files.
The color of the building is Palm Springs by Frazee (Duratec). Please contact
me if you have any questions regarding paint color. The building was painted in
1998 and may have faded from the original color, therefore please test an area
for color match prior to painting. We are in the process of obtaining pricing to
repaint some tenant sign areas where signage has been replaced and/or
modified and would be happy to include Ultrastar in the schedule at your
expense. Please let me know if you would like to take advantage of this
opportunity.
