We would like to respond to your comments and corrections as follows: Rancho La Costa Village - PS 01-1 00-Sign Propram 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Sign ordinance Section 21.41.025 has been incorporated and attached to the sign criteria. Please refer to Sheet S-1. All elevations and details on plan are drawn to scale and have dimensioned. Please refer to Sheet The sight distance line has been indicated on the drawing to illustrate that the proposed monument sign will not visually obstruct traffic exiting the project. Please refer to Sheet - 2. The tile element has been added to the Monument Sign and a MaterialdColor Board is provided. Please refer to Sheet - 2. The plan has been revised in accordance with the newly adopted sign area and design standards and a revised table has been provided to show compliance. Please refer to Sheet - 1 & 2. The language regarding banners and prohibited signs from the sign ordinance as indicated on the attached red lined check print has been incorporated in the sign criteria. Please refer to Sheet - 1.
