associated with the Re-Branding program as refennccd in the enclosed letter. I fbther authorize CingUIar
Wireless or its representative to obtain a permir in Landlord's name. AU pennits for the sign conversion hereby
consented to by Landlord. Costs associated with permit acquisition and signage replacement will be at the
expense of Cingular Wireless.
