Fabricate one non-illuminated monument sign. Overall size not to exceed 35 square feet as per criteria.
Size approx. 48" x 9W Block structure with tiles to match building covering, exposed stucco
area for project identification. Individual acrylic letters attached painted
anodized bronze.
4 equal spaces for tenant copy. Copy individual acrylic letters painted
gloss black. Copy height not to exceed 6"
