GENERAL
All signage shall comply with the approved sign ordinance for the P-M zone, Ordinance NS-569,
adopted March 6, 2001.
FREESTANDING MONUMENT SIGN (Drawings 1 & 21
A. Number allowed per lot: (1)
B. Maximum sign face area: 35 sq. ft. Sign may be double-faced.
C. Maximum height above average grade: 5 ft.
D. Sign construction and materials: painted concrete and stone tile to match the building
E. Maximum letterllogo height: 12 inches. Letters and logos shall be individually formed matte
black plastic or metal, pin-mounted or stand-off mounted to the stone tile. Type face: “Optima”
F. Lighting: Letters and logo shall not be internally illuminated, but may be lighted by a ground-
mounted light fixture.
WALL SIGNS for building area greater than 60,000 sq.ft. (Drawings I, 3 & 4)
A. Maximum number of wall signs allowed for the entire building: 13) signs if using 24 inch high
letters or J1) sign if using 36 inch high letters.
B. Maximum area per sign: 50 sq. ft.
C. Potential number of wall signs allowed for each elevation, subiect to the limitation on the
overall number of wall signs allowed for the entire building, per “A” above.)

2. East Elevation / Hidden Valley Road (164 lin. ft.): (2) wall signs spaced a minimum of 75
ft. apart. Cumulative length of signs is 164/3=54.67 ft. maximum.
3. West Elevation (164 lin. ft.): (2) wall signs spaced a minimum of 75 ft. apart. Cumulative
length of signs is 164/3=54.7 ft. maximum.
4. South Elevation (352 lin. ft.): (2) wall signs spaced a minimum of 75 ft. apart. Cumulative
length of signs is 352/3=117.3 ft. maximum.
D. Sign height allowed: No higher than the allowed building height for usable floor areas: 32ft-Oin.
Signs shall not extend above the parapet.

A. Maximum number of minor ID wall signs allowed: (1) per business having a separate building
entrance.
B. Maximum area per sign: 5 sq. ft.
C. Maximum letter height: 6 inches. . Letters shall be individually formed matte black plastic or
metal, pin-mounted or stand-off mounted to the painted concrete building surface. Type face:
“Optima”.
D. Location: directly above business entrance.
E. Lighting: Illumination is prohibited.
