Dear Don:
Attached are three (3) copies of the revised sign program for Kelly Corporate Center
(Parcel 1) for your review and approval. The original sign program was approved by you on
September 25, 2001. With the recent adoption of the new sign ordinance came a couple of
changes to the allowable dimensions and surface area for a monument sign. We propose to
incorporate these changes into the sign program for this project. Please see the two
attached sheets that highlight the only items that have changed from the approved
program.

FREESTANDING MONUMENT SIGN (Drawings 1 & 2)
A. Number allowed per lot: (1)
B. Maximum sign face area: 50 sq. ft. Sign may be double-faced.
C. Maximum height above average grade: 6 ft.
D. Sign construction and materials: painted concrete and stone tile to match the building.

2. East Elevation / Hidden Valley Road (164 lin. ft.): (2) wall signs spaced a minimum of 75
ft. apart. Cumulative length of signs is 164/3=54.67 ft. maximum.
3. West Elevation (164 lin. ft.): (2) wall signs spaced a minimum of 75 ft. apart. Cumulative
length of signs is 164/3=54.7 ft. maximum.
4. South Elevation (352 lin. ft.): (2) wall signs spaced a minimum of 75 ft. apart. Cumulative
length of signs is 352/3=117.3 ft. maximum.

G. Lighting: Letters and logo may be internally illuminated at north, east and west elevations.
Internal illumination is prohibited at south elevation.
