GENERAL
All signage shall comply with the approved sign ordinance for the P-M zone, Ordinance No. NS-606,
adopted November 6,2001.
Signage shall comply with Carlsbad Municipal Code, Title 21 Zoning, Chapter 41-Sign Ordinance.

Maximum sign face area: !N sq. ft. Sign may be double-faced.
Maximum height above average grade: 6 ft.
Sign construction and materials: painted concrete and stone tile to match the building.
Maximum letter/logo height: 8 inches. Letters and logos shall be individually formed matte black
plastic or metal, pin-mounted or stand-off mounted to the concrete face. Type face: "Optima"
Lighting: Letters and logo shall not be internally illuminated, but may be lighted by a ground-
mounted light fixture.

4. South Elevation (230 lin. ft.): (2) wall signs spaced a minimum of 75 ft. apart.
Sign height allowed: 421-0" A.F.F. Signs shall not extend above the parapet.
Maximum letter height: 36 inch or 24 inch (subject to the number of signs per "A" above.) Letters shall be individually formed matte black plastic or metal, mounted to the painted
