Dear Mr. DeCerbo:
Donahue Schriber finds the relocation of a wall sign on the east El Pollo Loco elevation, in
lieu of a sign on the west building elevation, acceptable.
The Tenant may have a total of three building wall signs: one sign on the north and the south
elevations and one on either the east or the west elevation. Please refer to the site plan
attached for your convenience.
