As previously stared, the Landlord is allowing Signature Funding to deviate Erom the building sign criteria by allowing script wn‘ting for “Slgnature”. In addition, rhs Landlord will allow the sign to be on TWO lines as shown on Option “B” of the plans submitted by htegratsd Sign Associares, also a deviation from the building sign cntena. Please note, however, rhar the Landlord is adamant rhar the venical height of any individual letter of “Signature Funding” not be larger rhan the signage crirer!a specifications.
