I am the owner of the subject pad and building. The pad and building are subject to the Operating and Reciprocal Easement Agreement governing the Poinsettia Village Shopping Center. The manager of the shopping center is Donahue Schriber. I hereby give my acceptance to the attached drawings, subject to the following conditions: 1. That you obtain applicable permit (s) required by the City of Carlsbad prior to installation. 2. That you obtain prior written acceptance by Donahue Schriber.
