Your property at 5860 Owens Avenue, APN 212-092-33 has a “For Sale” sign, which does not conform to the code. The violations with the Lee & Associates sign are: (I) There is no permit for it, as required by CMC 21.41.050A. (2) It exceeds the maximum size of 35 square feet (CMC 21.41 .loo). It is a 2-sided sign of approximately 25 squargeet on each side, a total of 50 square feet. I have enclosed the referenced ordinances. Correction Required: Obtain a permit and reduce the size to lawful limits or remove the sign as soon as possible, and in no case later than April 17, 2002. The property must be maintained in a clean, safe condition, in full compliance with all applicable city codes. Full compliance is anticipated in this matter.
