subject to all required governmental approvals. Please be aware that prior to installation of any signage at the above-referenced facility, Tenant must provide our offices with a copy of the sign permit and a certificate of
insurance from Tenant's sign contractor namlng additional Insureds as per the attached list.
Please note that this approval is contingent upon securing permits from the appropriate governmental
authority, and fabrication and installation of signage within ninety (90) days of receipt of this letter.
