Primary Tenant Identification
. All Tenants are allowed one pw identification sign typically located above the primary store entrance in a specific area within the
confines of the tenants storefront.
Specific suites with secondary entrance(s) and/or secondary building elevations may incorporate one additional identification sign per
elevation, subject to Landlord’s approval. however the secondary sign(s) may not exceed the square footage of the primary storefront sign
or one (1) square foot per linear foot of elevation frontage which ever is the smaller.
Signs may identify the business name and a minimum generic word description of the service. No product identity or specific service descriptions may be displayed.
Each Tenant’s total sign allowance is based upon the Tenants leased frontage, as measured in a straight line from lease line to lease line for each elevation. Tenants are allowed (one) 1 square foot of primary sign area per lineal foot of store frontage.
The overall width of any sign shall not exceed 75% of any uninterrupted architectural treatment, or leased frontage which ever is smaller.
Maximum allowable square footage for each Tenant may not exceed 100 square feet.
