Specific suites with secondary entrance(s) and/or secondary building elevations may incorporate one additional identification sign per secondary elevation, subject to Landlord‘s approval, however the secondary sign(s) may not exceed the square footage of the primary storefront sign or one (1) square foot per linear foot of elevation frontage which ever is the smaller. Signs may identify the business name and a minimum generic word description of the service. No product identity or specific service descriptions may be displayed. However the area of the signs on the awnings will be included in the calculation of the Tenant’s total sign allowance. 3 PLAMYI[NGDEPGRTMENT APPROVAL BLADE SIGNS Each tenant is permitte blade sign per street brit. The blade sign program requires that each Tenant's graphic identity be transformed into a 3-dimensional double-faced sign. The Landlord encourages the tenant to propose blade sign designs; which enrich the pedestrian environment with a creative use of color and material combined with a strong store name identification.
