Apparently, the agreement was that the existing Motel 6 signs on the west and north -west elevations would be replaced with new Red Roof inn channel letter sets, (see drawings enclosed). The existing monument sign would be removed, which would allow a third 24” Red Roof Inn building letter set to be installed on the east / front elevation, (see drawing enclosed). NOTE: The 24” letter set will have remote LED 12Ov power supplies, the other two will remain self-contained LED 12Ov power supplies.
