RE: SIGNAGE FOR CITY NATIONAL BANK, PALOMAR TRIAD
Dear Mr. Lynch:
As you are aware, City National Bank has leased a suite in the above referenced
property located at 2011 Palomar Airport Road in Carlsbad. Signtech will be
submitting the sign plans for the building (monument and top building) for City
approval. They will also be requesting the addition of a sign at the entry to the parking
lot. Please be advised that the Landlord has approved City National’s sign plan as long
as the signs do not negatively impact our current sign criteria or allowance and have
City approval.
