Re: Plaza De La Fuente ATM - Sign Permit
Dear Alik:
The above mentioned sign permit has been approved by our office. Please note that in
order to approve the sign permit your proposed sign height was changed to 18 feet
above grade from the proposed 20 feet.
Please find enclosed 3 sets of copies of the approved permit. The following additional
steps are required for final processing of your sign permit:
1. First, please present the approved sign permit to Carlsbad Planning
Department's counter for application processing.
2. Second, after the Planning Dept. has completed the application processing,
please present the approved sign permit to the Carlsbad Building Department's
counter to determine if a building permit is required.
The final processing steps of your sign permit may be processed over the counter with
both departments located at 1635 Faraday Avenue, Carlsbad. If you should have any
