All plans submitted for sign permitdsign programs shall consist of a minimum of a site plan and sign
elevations containing the following information:

property.
Location of all existing and proposed signs for the property.
Distance to the property line(s) for all proposed hestanding sign(s).
Provide an elevation for all proposed sign(s) which specifies the following:
A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed sign(s).
B. Materials the sign(s) will be constructed of.
C. Proposed sign copy.

complete revised sign criteria for the above referenced Shopping Center, and has been given the
authorization to amend the existing criteria filed with the City of Carlsbad.
As the new Ownership of the Shopping Center, we look forward to enhancing the signage at the property to
better benefit the merchants and the appearance to the community.
