Within yven (7) days of receipt of the sign submission, the Landiord will approve, as noted, or disapprove with comments the tenant's sip design. Tenant must respond to the Landlord's comments and resubmit within fourteen (14) calendar days, and repat this process until dl sign &sign, fabrication and installation issues are resolved to the Landlord's satisfaction. Upon receipt of final sign approval, tenant may submit the proposed sign to the City of Carlsbad for review for consistency with sign program and rhc required fabrication and installation penits. Tenants are required to provide three (3) sets of Landlord approvcd dnrwings to the CicY of Carlsbed when submitting for building permits. . 7
