Thank you for submitting your signage package for Regal Flooring at Poinsettia Village,
which we are pleased to return approved conditioned on the following:
1. The blade sign is not approved and it has been agreed that it will be omitted from
this package and resubmitted at a later date.
2. The building fascia is to be repaired, as needed, prior to installation of the new
sign.
3. AI! penetrations are to be made waterproof.
4. All permits are to be secured prior to fabrication and installation.
Prior to commencing sign installation, please provide the following:
Evidence of Contractor's Liability Insurance and Worker's
compensation Coverage. The liability insurance must name
Donahue Schriber Realty Group L.P., and all of its related entities.
The review approval of the plans on behalf of Donahue Schriber is not a representation
that the materials or drawings are in compliance with the requirements of governmental
agencies. This approval does not constitute assumption of responsibility by Loose Ends
