elevations containing the following information:
1 . North arrow and scale.
2. Location of existing buildings or structures, parking areas, and vehicular access points to the
property.
3. Location of all existing and proposed signs for the property.
4. Distance to the property line(s) for all proposed freestanding sign(s).
5. Provide an elevation for all proposed sign(s) which specifies the following:
A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed sign(s).
B. Materials the sign(s) will be constructed of.
C. Source of Illumination.
D. Proposed sign copy.
APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT THREE (3) SETS OF SIGN/SITE PLANS, A COMPLETED
APPLICATION FORM, AND THE APPLICATION FEE.
The application must be submitted prior to 4:00 p.m. Average processing time: 2 weeks

Revisions are:
1.) Deleted "Garden District" form neighborhood and community flags -AND- added:
(on comp) "Location of the flags has to be on property under the ownership control of Lennar
Communities."
2.) On the Guidelines page we added (last sentence of second paragraph) "The signs
will not be located in the right-of-way."

Christer,
There are signage requirements in the master plan. I think I did issue a sign permit for the permanent
monument signs at the intersection of Rancho Santa Fe Road and Camino Junipero which were
consistent with the master plan. I don't know if builder directional sign permits have been submitted since
they have been installed. You might want to check with Saima, Jessica or Van on that.

I am reviewing a sign program for Bressi and want to compare what has been allowed for Villages. Is
there a sign program or was approval through the MP?
Lennar has proposed three permanent community identity wall signs that say Bressi Ranch for example.
One at each of three main roads into the residential part of the MP.
Christer
