1 . North arrow and scale.
2. Location of existing buildings or structures, parking areas, and vehicular access points to the
property.
3. Location of all existing and proposed signs for the property.
4. Distance to the property line(s) for all proposed freestanding sign(s).
5. Provide an elevation for all proposed sign(s) which specifies the following:
A. Dimensions and area for all existing and proposed sign(s).
B. Materials the sign(s) will be constructed of.
C. Source of Illumination.
D. Proposed sign copy.
APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT THREE (3) SETS OF SIGN/SITE PLANS, A COMPLETED
APPLICATION FORM, AND THE APPLICATION FEE.
The application must be submitted prior to 4:00 p.m. Average processing time: 2 weeks

Hi Gordon,
Here is the sign criteria you requested. Basically, a tenant in a multi-tenant
building will only be allowed to have stick on vinyl lettering, and their logo
if desired, any color and font, with total area of signage not to exceed 2'x3'.
Only tenants who occupy an entire building are allowed to have exterior
building signage. Call if you have questions.

SIGNAGE CRITERIA
A. Interior Signs. Tenant shall not affix or maintain upon the glass panes and supports of the storefront windows
and doors, or within 18" of the storefront windows and doors, any signs, advertising placards, names, insignia,
trademarks, descriptive material or any other such like Hem or items, except such as have first received the written
approval of Landlord (which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) as to.size, type, color, location, copy,

B. Exterior Slans. Tenant shall be entitled to Building-exterior signage and signage on the Project's monument
<if any). All signage shafi be designed and installed, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, in locations mutually agreed
by Landlord and Tenant
C. Tenant shaB not erect, place, paint or maintain in or on (he Premises any sign, exterior advertising medium or
any other object of any kind whatsoever, whether an advertising device or not, visible or audibla from outside the
Premises. Nor snail Tenant change the odor, size, location, composition, wording or design of any sign or
advertisement on the Premises that may have been theretofore approved by Landlord and governmental authorities
without the prior written approval of Landlord and said authorities. Tenant shall, at its own expense, maintain and
keep In good repair all installations, signs and advertising devices which it Is permitted by Landlord to maintain, and
shall pay ad charges required to keep them in good repair. Tenant's sign shall be deemed real property once
installed.
