Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Traffic Engineering Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. Additional time will be required for on-site inspection. The proposed signage is largely consistent with the CRC Design Guideline with three exceptions. The specific instances are indicated on the attached Sign Evaluation Matrix and are listed below. 1. The Design Guidelines do not allow for a combination of wall and monument signs, nor do they allow multiple signs on buildings of this size. 2. The size and design of both signs are consistent with the guidelines. However the property owner may only construct one sign on the property.
