I have reviewed the building plans for the above referenced project. The Housing &
Redevelopment Department does not have any objection to the issuance ofthe building
permit for the Project as shown on the revised sign plans. Please dispose of any prior
sets, as they did not meet the requirements of applicable codes. Additionally, please note
the applicant is planning to install "pump toppers," which are not indicated on revised
sign plan. (Pump toppers are not counted as signable area).
Enclosed are the revised sign plans, sign & building application, and a check in the
amoxmt of $40.00. If you have any questions, please contact x2817.
