Based on this review, the Committee is prepared at this time to grant approval for the wall mounted signage with the noted revisions pertaining to the colors of the sign and the removal of the current street address numbers. This submission has been reviewed and approved as to conformance with the standards of the Development Regulations covering this property. Our review was for purposed of checking conformity to those standards and it was not a review of the technical adequacy of the proposed improvements. Our approval of any plans or design is not approval from the standpoint of structural safety or conformance with any building codes or other governmental requirements.
