Form 10 Revised 12/04 Page 2 of 4 SITE PLAN REQUIREMENT FOR POLE, MONUMENT, AND FREESTANDING SIGN APPLICATIONS The following example illustrates the information that is required for all pole, monument, and freestanding sign permit applications. Prior to approval, all such proposed signs must be reviewed for potential issues by the Traffic Engineering Department, which will not allow signs to be approved over the counter. Linear needs to be below 1/2 of the monument sign so that 1/2 is left for another tenant. 2. Landlord reserves the right to inspect the installation of all signs after the work is complete. 3. Any issues arising from the work, now and in the future, (i.e. electrical issues, roof leak issues, fire/life safety issues, lighting issues) wiH be the responsibility of the tenant. 4. Any modifications to the attached plan wi!l be submitted to Landlord for approval. 5.
